yes. because my current job is my dream job. before i got here though, i’ve been to 4 companies already and the longest that i stayed in a company was only for eight months…
now, i am happy with everything. my salary is okay, the working environment is nurturing, my boss is kind and supportive, my job is challenging but enables me to grow in all aspects of my life…
well, just look for a company that best complements you. there is no perfect company but there is one company that is best for you. in my past jobs, i never hesitated to resign once i felt that the job or the company is not for me because i don’t want to be stuck in a job that i am unhappy in.
