I am on unemployment and am going to except a job that is 100% commission. Can I collect unemployment until I make money with this new job?

I think you’re able to continue to collect so long as you haven’t earned any money. When you call in for unemployment one of the questions is “Have you earned any money for the week you’re claiming benefits.” If you haven’t earned anything for that week then you’re fine. However, the moment you do have earnings you must inform them when you call in for your benefits. If your benefits are less than your unemployment amount then you would need to report this on the call, you should then be eligible for the difference between what you earned and your unemployment benefits. Yes as long as it is not showing at unemployment that you are working then after that you will have to let them know something.
