Cover letter to request a job working from home.?

I am a stay-at-home mother of four children seeking gainful employment from my home. I have located several jobs online that are requesting a cover letter and resume. I have successfully completed a resume, however, I am having a hard time with the cover letter. If anyone has any suggestions, I would GREATLY appreciate them. Thank you for your time.

The cover letter is an opportunity to add information that may not be included in your resume. You may want to state the position you seek and state why your experience is a good fit.
