basically its not just for the job search alone u need to do this, for everything and anything u want to do u need to know urself first. job search is just one of the things.
To ensure you don’t waste your time and some company’s time applying for jobs for which you are not qualified. Also, using a self-assessment to reveal your strenghth and weaknesses will help you determine which of the jobs you are qualified for you are best suited for.
You want to match your skills and your personality to the right company’s culture or else you will not enjoy the job and ultimately be back in the same position your in now – looking for another job…..check this site out – I think the test is on climber where they have you take a short test and then try to match you to potential employers…..
