I have searched my name on google… and there’s a lot of web pages showing it…
yes contact the webmaster cause they have the control crawling to their page
You should contact the webmaster on the page where you are listed, not Googles webmaster. Check the URL of the site where your name and photo are, then contact the webmaster of that site.
im honestly not worried about it, if you type my name into google images or whatever im on the first page, i could care less, and i dont keep company of people whom would have bad intentions, and if anybody did have them i have easy access to a shotgun. but whatever, i dont particularly want to get into a youtube comment argument.
I am on google and so is my photo without my permission. I have tried the avenue this video is directing the viewer to..and it doesnt work. In fact, I can’t even find the ‘webmaster’ to write to. BS
You stated that you won’t have to worry about people knowing you since you are not a criminal …that doesn’t make sense. what if someone you know has bad intentions and looks you up and finds out where you live. Sometimes people just see pictures or names and randomly pick out their victims. Don’t be so naiive.
well… seeing as im not worried about getting raped or stalked and im not a criminal, i have no reason to freak out if people know me, and i wont have to worry.
i am NOT safe online because i won a state wide award- now on 10 different pages, my name, school, age, state and city are known on the web.
help, my children are out playing and caught on google maps – i hate this… what can i do about it.

What about information that google has in its cache? I took down the website with my info, but google still has that website cached, so the information still comes up in a search.
