Are there any good websites for job search for convicted felons?

My brother just got out of state, and is eager to continue with his life. However, because he is a convicted felon, it will be hard for him to find a job. Are there any websites or programs that will help him find a decent job despite his record?

    Has he thought about construction? Many construction sites hire regardless of their past.

    He can also go to the unemployment office and speak with someone there and explain the situation.

    There are plenty of jobs in which a convicted felon can work like Ebay seller,Walmart,any type of fast food-related job,
    kitchen help in a restaurant,electrician, masonry,security guard,private detective,Conway Trucking,trucking companies
    pizza delivery,warehouse jobs,construction,work-at-home telemarketer,modeling, acting etc.
