One Way is that you could cut out all the adds your thinking of. put it on a dart board. close your eyes and ding. It doesn’t have to be a newspaper. It Could be from online place. But thats on of the Best things to do for an undecided mind.
Your best bet is career builders.com
It has proven better than Monster.com and Yahoo Hot Jobs
I am always successfull with career builders for friends and family
Agencies can be very viable but please make sure that they don’t charge you a fee.
