Wait for the unemployment rate to drop back down to 6% or 6.5%. If you still cannot find a job by then, maybe you should decide to start all over again by enrolling in college again for another degree in another area. You will be getting a very late start on your adult life, but at least you will be able to stay off welfare and take care of yourself.
