How do i write a Resume to apply for a job at Best Buy?

Thats my Question..
And what does a Resume mean? Why do they even need one from who is applying?

    Best Buy does not require a resume. You fill out the application they give you.

    A resume is a listing of your past jobs, the type of work performed, your education, and any other pertinent information. If you are just starting out and this will be your first job, it is appropriate to list volunteer work or school activities that show achievements and responsibility.

    As what? Cashier, technician, customer service rep, manager?

    We need more info. However, if I was applying as a member of the “Geek Squad” I would talk about the computer related vocational training I received or my previous work as a member of the Circuit City Fire Dog team.

    The other jobs there don’t need a resume.
