Need help writing a cover letter for a 2nd job as photographer?

I am applying to be a photographer for different night clubs. I already have a 9-5 M-F.
and wanted to know what i could write?

My brain is blank if anyone can help.

i am not a professional photographer but i do it as a hobby. and i am pretty good.

so any examples will be great.
