i currently work with geriatrics for 2 years, but i want to work with the child and teen population….i do have experience working with child/teen population. I graduated school in 2006 and i simply needed a job so that is why i worked with an older population….
My question-how do i say in the reference letter that i want to change population. Does anyone have a sample or could help me say it in a professional way. I have a MSW degree

don’t say you want to change population, just say you have enjoyed working with adults but you want to per sue a Carrier in pediatrics and young adults because you have experienced that children and teens identified easy with you and that you would love to have the opportunity to work with this particular age group, good luck
