Does an employer have a way of finding out employment history through SSS? Can SSS disclose such info to them?
In Philippines, an SSS member can see his/her employment history by logging in SSS website. Just wondering if this can be viewed by employers for background check? Can SSS give this info to them with the said purpose?

How much can a previous employer say about performance, why you left, and your position? When is the appropriate time to criticize your employer policies during employment or after resigning?
If you are trapped working in a company that changed many good practices to adverse ones, when is the right time to complain?
Sometimes, I read in some books or people saying that if you have complaints or anything against your employer’s policies you have to resign or leave the company first because that is showing no loyalty to your employer.

In WA state, can a creditor/plaintiff force an employer to verify employment of an employee who is the debtor?
Small claims ruled in favor of the plaintiff/creditor and there is a judgment against the debtor. The employer has thus far “stonewalled” the plaintiff/creditor. BTW, the debtor has never paid a cent for thousands of dollars worth of work.

can you fail an employment history background check for not listing a past employer?
I was fired from my last job so I did not list them as an employer on my resume or application. I was recently hired pending employment history and background check. Will they find out when they do my employment history check? If they do will I still get the job? I have no criminal history and passed the drug screen.
