There are so many job posting sites on the net that it is very difficult to know which ones are the best. How to know? Please help !

this is just getting out of control. I need to find a job that fits me and I am not finding it in Chicago. All I am finding are scam jobs on the career websites and no listings in the newspaper. When I try to look on the newspaper websites, they direct me right back to the stupid careerbuilder, monster SCAM jobs. How can I start to find employment in other cities. Whats the normal relocation process for moving to another city? Did the company help you?

I’ve been busting my butt for some time now gaining the experience I need to get a good paying marketing job but can’t seem to get a fair shake anywhere. I can only re-write my resume so many times before it becomes a moot point.

I currently work in employment services. I have a client who ONLY speaks Spanish. He is not bilingual. But with out speaking Spanish myself I am running into job search difficulties. Does any one know a website that serves Florida for people who only speak Spanish? I already tried latpro.com but I am in Gainesville, and they service Miami.
