i would like to know if some one could help in advising how to write, in best way aboout your resumes.

I am applying at a restaurant as a bus girl.
I recently turned fifteen.
This is to be my first job.
I have a couple questions.
1) Should I attach a cover letter with my application?
2) If yes, do you have any ideas for things I could include in my cover letter?
