I need to make an application. I need it to look like a job application but i need to be able to customize it. I know word has resume templates but i couldn’t find any application templates if there even are any for word.

I was looking at some really neat templates with color but is that professional I mean it’s just borders is that bad? Also there are some cover letters with color as well is that proffesional. Do you hire people with resumes that have color? What type of resume stands out in a good way. My resumes always look so boring to me I need help.

I’m working on a ministry with the homeless in my city, and one thing they requested was a chance to fill out resumes, have them typed up, then given back so they can have a professional looking document to help them obtain jobs. Any suggestions on simple, streamlined resume templates I could use with links to them? Thanks for your help!
